Named so after the great Mughal King, Alamgir, is a man of no less personality. Though he has a receding hairline and the lines on his forehead tell a tale of a life spent in working hard.
Born in a village with no access to school, Alamgir spent his childhood in the village under the mentorship of the local priest at the village mosque who imbibed in his the good values that he carries and demonstrates today.
Life has taught him a lot and today he is engaged in making jewellery using multi colored acrylic beads. He is ably assisted by his wife and together they are able to meet both the ends together
“मैं अल्लाह का शुक्र ग़ुज़्ज़ार हूँ की मुझे बचपन में ही मौलवी साहब ने अपने शरण में ले लिया और मुझे अच्छी सीख दी | मैं दिन में ५ मर्तबा नमाज़ पड़ता हूँ और मन लगा कर काम कर के अपना जीवन गुज़र कर पा रहा हूँ | मुझे मोती अच्छे लगते हैं और मैं उनके साथ काम करके कई डिज़ाइन के गले की हार, हाथ के ब्रस्स्लेट और कान के झुमके बनाता हूँ |”

“I was fortunate that the Maulvi Sahab, took me under his mentorship and gave me the good value of life. I pray 5 times a day and work hard to make a living. I love beads and work with them to create colourful necklaces, bracelets and earrings. ”
