Q: I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Zarood you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.)
Make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging, (e.g., shoebox), and place it in a shipping box.
Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Q: I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I do that?
A: Zarood.com is very sorry that your gift did not work for you. All the items shipped by Zarood.com are handcrafted and personalized so incase there is some thing wrong in the gift, we will replace it free of cost.
Any gift item being returned will be refunded to the original purchaser's method of payment; you cannot obtain a store credit for a returned gift item. However, we can definitely process a gift exchange for you for another item. Please write to Zarood Customer Loyalty Team at care@zarood.com for assistance.

A: No. Currently, we have a 'Virtual' catalog. In order to ensure that our customers have access to the most current styles, prices, sizes, and overall selection, we do not publish a catalog that you may purchase directly from us. Plus, with all the styles that we carry, a catalog would be as big as a phone book!
Q: Do you match prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase?
A: Yes! If an item you order from Zarood.com goes on sale on Zarood within 2 day of your original purchase, just contact us anytime and we’ll be happy to refund the difference to your original method of payment.

A: You can write a product review with just 5 easy steps:

Q.I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared, what happened?
A: We are sorry that you were not able to complete your order. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart. If that happens, you will receive a message on the shopping cart page informing you that the item is no longer available and that you should remove it from your cart.
Q: Is the item I want going to go on sale soon?
A: Unfortunately, Zarood.com does not know if an item will go on sale or be marked down until it actually happens.
It is possible for different colors within the same style to have different prices. For instance, if a blue bag is selling better than a yellow one, one might discount the yellow bag to boost sales.

Q: My email address has changed. How do I update this information to my current account?
A: You are welcome to update your e-mail address by logging in to your account online. The best way to do this is to take the following steps:

A: Most of our items will ship within 3-5 working days and we will ensure that the item you ordered is made available to you.

Q: What are your shipping and return policies?
A: Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, Zarood.com offers very clear shipping terms. For all order values more than Euro 100 (or equivalent in other currencies), we offer free shipping.
For all other orders of values less than Euro 100 (or equivalent in other currencies), we charge fixed shipping charge of Euro 9 (fixed for all destinations) per item.
Zaroods.com understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect the shipments to happen within 3 to 5 working days for most items and should expect to receive your order within 3 to 4 business days after shipment by UPS.
Our shipping charges exclude any custom’s duty or VAT that may be applicable in your country. This will be additional and payable at the time of delivery.
Returns:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging).
